I am Leanne Reynolds, a Nurse Case Manager at Ascendant Health. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Oakland University, I built a strong foundation in acute care settings, specializing in orthopedic and neurology patients. My experience extended to long-term care, focused on traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury rehabilitation while continuing my education. After obtaining my Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Grand Canyon University, I began teaching. I have shared my love of the nursing profession with many nursing students as they moved through Oakland Community College, even establishing a nurse aide training program. To this day, I enjoy reconnecting with former students throughout the healthcare industry. My nursing journey focuses on lifelong learning and forming strong, compassionate relationships with my patients as I guide them through difficult times in their recovery. When not immersed in professional endeavors, I enjoy exploring the beauty of Michigan, indulging in culinary adventures, and finding solace in reading.
