“We want our case management services to be proactive, compassionate, and intelligent”
Ascendant exists to help patients injured in automobile accidents. We strive to create case management services that are proactive, compassionate, and intelligent. We believe that if we care about what we do, if we strive towards exceptional care, then people will notice. And when people begin noticing how much we care for patients, and the extent we are willing to go to help them achieve recovery, happiness, and security, our Nurse Case Managers will succeed, our company will grow, and patient futures will be bright, as they receive the best available case management services.
WHY CHOOSE ASCENDANT?
Ascendant Case Management’s Nurse Care Managers are handpicked from top university Dean’s lists and busy Intensive Care Units. They effectively and efficiently assist patients by maintaining treatment regimens, to include patient communication oversight, appointment and evaluation scheduling, reminders, and attendance, as well as assessing patient burnout, if considered “non-compliant,” and developing strategies for continued provider treatment.
A PATIENT-FIRST MENTALITY
Ascendant’s general policy, and first core value, is patient-first. Our Nurse Case Managers remain working with patients through the entire recovery/litigation process. Each patient is assigned to one Nurse Case Manager, which ensures both continuity of care and provider consistency.
MAKING THE RIGHT CONNECTIONS
Ascendant connects patients with providers that are familiar with automotive cases. This ensures patients receive appropriate care during the litigation process and clinicians provide adequate and considerate documentation.
MONITOR, ASSESS, AND COORDINATE
Ascendant will monitor, assess, and coordinate a patient’s personalized care. We complete thorough medical evaluations by skilled nursing and clinical staff to evaluate patient needs and available treatments.
