Ascendant Case Management’s Nurse Care Managers are handpicked from top university Dean’s lists and busy Intensive Care Units. They effectively and efficiently assist patients by maintaining treatment regimens, to include patient communication oversight, appointment and evaluation scheduling, reminders, and attendance, as well as assessing patient burnout, if considered “non-compliant,” and developing strategies for continued provider treatment.
