My name is Nidhi Patel and I am a Nurse Case Manager here at Ascendant Health. I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2018 from Chamberlain University. I have experienced the full spectrum of life as a rehab, postpartum, and home health nurse. I decided to make the switch to case management after years of bedside nursing to care for the patient as a whole and improve their quality of life. Being able to create a trusting relationship with my patients with an open line of communication is very important to me. Outside of work, I love exploring the beautiful Michigan nature while hiking and biking with my husband!
